Diana Ajzen

Diana Ajzen is an executive and organizational master coach, leadership strategist, and systems thinker helping leaders and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and create sustainable transformation.

With nearly two decades of experience across national and multinational organizations, Diana works at the intersection of leadership development, systemic coaching, organizational culture, emotional intelligence, and human dynamics. Her approach combines strategic thinking, deep analysis, and systemic methodologies to uncover underlying patterns, strengthen accountability and trust, and build more conscious, agile, and human-centered organizations.

She is the Founder and Director of Coaching con Visión, an organization specializing in middle-management development, remote coaching models, and the training of professional coaches. Diana is also the author of Generating a New Vision for the Future, which explores leadership, mindset, neuroscience, accountability, systemic thinking, and the role of human narratives in shaping individual and collective transformation.

As an international speaker, Diana has presented at ICF conventions in Mexico and abroad, private leadership events, United Nations organizations, and leading universities including Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad Anáhuac, Universidad Iberoamericana, and ILCE.
